Breakaway Research: Altech Chemicals (1)

Altech Chemicals has recently completed a Bankable Feasibility Study on its proposed High Purity Alumina specialty chemicals operation, and is now concentrating on permitting and sourcing funding for the estimated A$100 million capital required to develop the project.The BFS has returned very positive figures, indicating a robust, short payback project, with an NPV of around 4x the expected upfront capital.

Queen Street, 1953: Until the late 1960s, trams ran along the entire length of Queen Street and cars could be parked in the main street of Brisbane. Buildings on the left included Christies Café, Tattersall's Club, Bayards, His Majesty's Theatre, Wintergarden Theatre, and T&G Mutual Life Society Building. Brisbane has always been a friendly town, where the locals are just as likely under a veranda taking refuge in the shade.
